
I am the Head of Employee Development and Leadership and am responsible for our "Active Workplace"division, including Company Fitness.
I am particularly interested in relationships—both within our strong team of employees and with our valued partners and customers. Through strong relationships and effective communication, we have fostered a work culture built on trust, where we look out for one another so that we can take good care of our customers.
At Acture, we don’t work with quantifiable KPIs; instead, we focus on collegiality, psychological safety, employee engagement, and ensuring that our work is meaningful. This holistic management style has been the driving force behind Acture’s success and is one of the reasons I’ve been with the company for no less than 12 years.
My most important responsibility as a leader is to help preserve the enviable culture we’ve created—one where we have time to go for a run together at lunchtime and spend time with our children when they’re awake—all while our customers recommend us to others and we meet our budget.
