Workplace Assessment | Successful Workplace Assessment

01

Introductory meeting

We begin with an introductory meeting where we go over the process and the questionnaire with you. Our validated questionnaire includes questions that cover essential areas related to both the physical and psychological work environment, as well as employee health and absenteeism due to illness. The questionnaire is tailored to your organization and working conditions. If there are specific circumstances that are unique to your organization, we can add additional questions to ensure we cover all aspects.
02

Data collection

Your employees will be invited to take the survey via email, which will redirect them to our survey system. There, they will select their language and enter a one-time code to access the survey. Their responses will be stored in our system for use in our overall analysis of the organization’s work environment. The survey is typically open for 14 days, and reminders are sent to those who have not yet responded. The survey can be completed via computer or smartphone, and you will receive a login where you can track the response rate on an ongoing basis.
03

Report and presentation

We analyze employee responses and compare them to our industry-specific benchmark. If you have conducted a survey with us within the last three years, we also compare your current results with previous ones. The report includes clear graphs and tables, a brief overview of the results, and a concise outline of our recommendations for concrete action plans, making it as easy as possible for you to move forward. We also hold a final meeting with you, where we present the results to your health and safety representatives, management, or similar.

We also offer a range of services that may be relevant following the completion of a workplace assessment. These may include ergonomic guidance, health checks, follow-up PULS measurements of the results, workshops on action plans, or process consultation with our experienced consultants if there are challenges in the psychological work environment that may be difficult to manage.

A workplace assessment (APV) is a legally required process in which the company evaluates and documents the work environment. The purpose of the APV is to identify and prevent workplace health and safety issues.

A workplace assessment must include an evaluation of both the physical and psychological work environment, absenteeism due to illness, and action plans for improvements.

A workplace assessment must be updated at least every three years, or whenever changes occur in the work environment.

A workplace assessment is conducted by identifying risks, analyzing data, developing an action plan, and following up on its implementation.
