Martin Siig Simonsen

As Head of Analytics at Acture, my primary responsibilities—in addition to ensuring that my colleagues are thriving and able to collaborate effectively—include analyzing the results of employee surveys (workplace assessments and employee satisfaction surveys) for our clients, as well as advising clients’ management and occupational health and safety teams on the next steps.

I have many years of experience in assessing workplace well-being and specialize in developing tools that provide clients with an accurate picture of their workplaces’ strengths and areas for improvement. In addition, I offer courses on stress prevention.

I hold a Master of Science degree from the University of Copenhagen, and in my spare time I have competed in sports at the elite level and worked as a national team coach.
