A well-being survey is an evidence-based assessment of employee well-being in your organization. It addresses typical well-being topics—but always with a focus on the specific challenges faced by your organization.

It can be conducted as an in-depth assessment of the psychological work environment and overall well-being in the department, or as a brief survey with just a few questions that highlight the areas you wish to explore.

A pulse survey is a short questionnaire that typically consists of 5–10 questions and takes only 5 minutes for your employees to complete. While the pulse survey does not cover all well-being metrics, it can shed light on areas that you wish to focus on specifically within your organization.

These could, for example, be areas identified by a previous employee satisfaction survey or workplace assessment as needing improvement. They could also be questions designed to gauge employee well-being following a specific change or action plan within the organization.

In consultation with you, we will agree on a questionnaire to accurately assess employee well-being. This is an important process designed to ensure that the survey is tailored to the reality of your organization.

Once you have approved the questionnaire, we will collect your employees’ responses via our online survey system. Our consultants will then analyze your results and prepare a report with recommendations for action plans and possible next steps. You can also book a final meeting with our analysis consultants, who can review the report with you or present the results to the AMU, management, or similar groups.

As a follow-up to the employee satisfaction survey, we offer a wide range of consulting services, process consulting, workshops to enhance the skills of health and safety representatives and managers, as well as follow-up surveys, so you can see if you’re moving in the right direction.

The survey identifies challenges that may be hindering employee well-being in your organization. The findings can serve as the basis for a concrete strategy to improve your employees’ well-being in the workplace.

With Acture’s employee satisfaction survey, you’ll be able to compare your results against a benchmark for your specific industry. Of course, this is only possible if you use our validated questions regarding employee satisfaction and the work environment—the same ones our other current clients use.

The HG benchmark is an average of Acture’s previous surveys over the past few years. This provides you with a relevant basis for comparison. The HG benchmark is updated regularly, ensuring that you have the best and most up-to-date basis for comparison.
