Adam Rosenkilde

I hold a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physical Therapy from Metropolitan University College. In 2023, I completed a diploma program in management (DIL) at Copenhagen University of Applied Sciences. Since 2013, I have worked at Acture in the roles of project manager, department head, health director, and CEO.

On a day-to-day basis, I oversee Acture’s financial goals and strategic direction. I thrive in a leadership role and love seeing people and organizations grow and develop in a positive direction. I do everything I can to contribute to this.

As a person, I am outgoing and energetic. I strive to tackle every task with full commitment, whether in my personal or professional life. That is why I bring an ambitious approach to the role of CEO—an approach that requires foresight, strategic acumen, and a broad perspective.

I am driven by human relationships, regardless of the context. For me, human relationships are the cornerstone for achieving positive results at a strategic level through effective dialogue and a positive work environment. Acture delivers healthcare services with care, and this should be evident all the way down to the health consultant, physical therapist, massage therapist, or occupational health consultant who assists our clients on a daily basis.

At Acture, we have a flat organizational structure where the best ideas and arguments set the direction.
