What if the key to a longer life and better health lay in five factors that we all know but may underestimate? In this post, we explore a new global study that suggests our daily habits can have a decisive impact on our long-term health. Essentially, these are five risk factors that are all preventable but have a huge impact on our health.

Let's get right to the point.

The five risk factors we’ve all heard about are:

  • High blood pressure
  • High cholesterol
  • Diabetes
  • Obesity
  • Smoking.

But what exactly are risk factors?

In short, it is often closely linked to lifestyle and involves factors that increase the risk of developing health problems over time. Therefore, addressing these risk factors can often lead to a reduced risk of developing health problems over time.

A new global study based on data from 1.5 million people in 34 countries has found that the aforementioned risk factors account for as much as 50 percent of all cases of cardiovascular disease and 20 percent of all deaths.

This offers incredible opportunities for prevention. Indeed, it demonstrates significant potential for preventing cardiovascular disease and premature death by addressing unhealthy lifestyles in a timely manner. In other words, there are five areas where intervention could potentially have a massive impact.
