Do your employees need more energy and vitality in their day-to-day work? Then a flexible corporate massage program from Acture is just what you need. Our skilled and certified massage therapists are always ready to treat your employees, so you can all stay focused on the task at hand.

Our Concept

We offer corporate massage services in Copenhagen and throughout the country, providing a comprehensive massage program tailored to all types of workplaces, and we combine various massage techniques to achieve the best results.

A massage program provided by Acture thus has three main objectives:

  1. To promote relaxation and well-being (relaxation massage)
  2. Solving clinical problems (clinical massage)
  3. Improving posture, movement, and body awareness (restoring movement)

The massage therapist works through the muscles from their origin to their insertion. The treatment increases blood flow and relieves tension, soreness, and pain in the musculoskeletal system.

Many employees say that massage is a form of mindfulness that gives them a breather where they can recharge—a mental boost! In short, massage is a treat for both body and mind, and a massage program can help create a better work environment and boost the company’s overall productivity.

Our customers say that massage helps with:

  • Tension headache
  • Sports Injuries
  • Removing waste products
  • Muscle tension
  • Pain in the neck, shoulders, and arms
  • Tennis elbow and golfer's elbow
  • Fatigue and stress
  • Pain in the lower back, sacrum, and spine

Physical health

When we get a massage, our cortisol levels decrease. Cortisol has a negative effect on the immune system, which is why massage has a positive effect on our immune system and helps us stay healthy.

A study from the University of South Florida has also shown that 10 minutes of massage three times a week for three weeks can lower blood pressure in patients with hypertension.

Mental Health

The University of Miami School of Medicine has studied the effects of massage on mental health, and the results are interesting.

Massage helps alleviate anxiety and depression by affecting the body’s biochemistry. For example, a study examined cortisol levels—a stress hormone—in 500 people with stress-related problems and found that massage reduced cortisol levels by up to 53 percent, while simultaneously increasing levels of the neurotransmitters serotonin and dopamine, which can help reduce stress.
