I am an ergonomics project manager, and I help plan and organize ergonomics projects for Acture’s clients. I also spend time in the field, where I give presentations and lead workshops, as well as conduct ergonomics assessments at companies.
In addition, I plan and conduct training sessions, primarily focused on preventing workplace injuries. Part of the training initiative is linked to a dedicated project offering online training and instruction for employees with chronic pain. Here, employees receive the latest information on managing chronic pain, training twice a week, and personalized guidance tailored to their specific challenges.
I’m passionate about encouraging people to be more physically active in their daily lives. In that regard, I believe the workplace is the ideal setting where simple methods can be used to incorporate a little movement into each day. This helps prevent injuries, improve overall health, and make employees even happier to come to work.
I have been with Acture since 2023. Prior to that, I worked as a physical therapist and also hold a master’s degree in physical education and health.
