Since 2007, Health Group has assisted the Godhavn treatment facility in conducting its workplace assessment (APV) and health checkups.
In 2007, Director Søren Skjødt approached Health Group with a request to conduct aworkplace assessment (APV) tailored to the organization. The goal then, as now, was to gain a solid understanding and knowledge of employees and their well-being, as well as to improve recruitment.
Since 2007, Godhavn has worked closely with Health Group; in addition to conducting workplace health assessments every two years, we have performedhealth screeningsfor all of the organization’s employees.
As a result, Godhavn has gained a deeper understanding of the individual and overall health profile within the organization, which has been used to establish a framework for determining where and what initiatives should be implemented among Godhavn’s employees.

Godhavn has greatly benefited from the findings of its workplace assessment. These findings have clarified the future direction for employee well-being, professional development, and specific areas of focus. At the same time, Godhavn can now make decisions based on a solid professional foundation rather than assumptions.
The goal of the ongoing health checkups has been to give each employee a comprehensive overview of their own health—and that is exactly what the employees have received. At the same time, Godhavn can use the results to assess the overall health picture within the organization and identify areas where ongoing efforts are needed to make a difference for employees.
